How to Reduce the Visibility of Pores

According to an eminent dermatologist from New York, Heidi Waldorf, we need to wash the face before going to bed to cleanse it from makeup and accumulated dirt. Washing the face after a workout is also crucial since sweat carries debris to the pore openings and creates a perfect surrounding for bacteria.

Exfoliation is essential since it eliminates dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. You should exfoliate the skin on a daily basis whereas those with sensitive skin need to exfoliate it one to three times per week.

2 cups of water

5 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar

Mix the two ingredients in a spray bottle. Next, wash the face and then close the eyes and spray the whole face with the solution. Wait for it to dry and then apply coconut oil all over.

Apple cider vinegar will balance the skin’s pH, prevent infections, and lower the occurrence of pores.
